Full Property Management
Our full management service is designed to take the stress away from you as a landlord. Perhaps you do not live locally or may reside abroad and need peace of mind that your property is in good order. Even local landlords often do not want one to one contact with their tenants and prefer us to deal with the property management so they have time to live their lives. The cost is 12% including VAT followed by £180.00 including VAT taken from the first month's rent. Portfolio landlords will receive a discount.
Let Only
Our Let Only service is for landlords happy to be hands-on and engaged with managing the running of their property, but who need help finding tenants and tenant referencing. Our cost effective Let Only service assists you the landlord in finding a suitable tenant for your property before returning the day to day management back to you as the landlord. A significant percentage of landlords take this service and come back to us each time the property is ready to re-let. The cost will be the first month's rent (minimum £450).

Advertising Only
If you are confident in all aspects of managing your property but would love to have access to the industry's leading online advertising portals, our advertising service is for you. Advertise your property and ensure it reaches the widest possible audience and creates a professional impression. Your property will be listed on our own website and in our offices for local tenants to see. Additionally, you will also appear on the leading property websites including Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation to reach millions. You simply need to provide the photographs and description of your property. We will upload and keep on the website for two months. Of course, if you would prefer for us to take photographs and write a great description we can do that for you. Enquiries are passed to you to deal with. The cost is £250.00 including VAT.

We work on a no let no fee basis.

We are so confident in our referencing abilities we shall guarantee the first 6 month's rent for free.
